Scratch Build Grain Elevator Progress
Just some pictures of the progress of my scratch build grain elevator.

Create your own streetlights
There are several professional streetlights on the market. Although some of them are reasonably priced, making it your self gives a lot more satisfaction.
Here is how I make them:
To make a simple streetlight we need the following parts:
- Brass tube (1 -1.5mm diameter, 2 – 3″ long)
- 3mm led
- Washer with 3mm hole
- Piece of wire
- Resistor
- Centerpoint and hammer
- Solder iron
- Pair of pliers

Making some progress
I'm making some progress in building a scratch build grain elevator. Here are some pictures. It's still a work in progress... More about the grain elevator on my website.

What the font?
Does somebody know what font is used for the lettering of the building below? (HOME GRAIN Co Ltd)
I'm trying to find out for my scratch build grain elevator (http://spiderfield.ommering.com/2016/scratch-build-a-grain-elevator-part-2)

Scratchbuild a watertank
In the august 2013 number of Modelrailroad Magazine there was a description of scratchbuilding a branchline watertank from stripwood. It seemed to be a perfect fit for my scenic’d timesaver layout. I made a short description of building the watertank.
