Ok, I'm going to get into the "additive manufacturing" mode with the Anycubic Photon printer.

I needed a faster computer to run Fusion 360 and one that has Windows 10 on it. I did not want to update my Windows 7 Professional software because I have software running for my CNC Sherline mill. So I purchased the computer equipment from Tiger Direct. Took a bit of time to get here due to the weather the past couple of weeks. So new screen, track ball and keyboard plus the computer itself.

For the future New York, Vermont & Northern Rwy I’m going to need a good size roundhouse for my RR’s steam engines. I’ve always admired John Allen’s stone block walled roundhouse in both RMC and MR back when both magazines were publishing John’s articles. Just recently that desire to buy/build a copy of his roundhouse reared its head. So off I went in search of what might be found on the Internet. I never found any plans.

A friend of mine that fixes and sells "previously enjoyed" models asked me if I knew where he could get a replacement gear like shown in the picture, preferably with all the teeth. I told him I'd give a go and see what I could find. This gear drove some kind of model toy engine.

Looking for the collective minds on MRH for an answer. So, anybody have any ideas?

I've started to build my layout. The layout will contain HO standard gauge, HOn3 timber and coal line and the HOn30 will be the quarry line.

This blog will document the building of animated structures on the quarry line, the timber and coal line.

Just so we won't high jack Greg's thread I've started a blog. At present I have four pictures. I have more but they are buried amongst 100's of slides and will take a while to dig out. The four I have were scanned on an old scanner and are not very large. I'll have to rescan them some time for a larger picture.

I chased this train from the River jct. in Bellows Falls all the way to Rutland.

This blog will be a journal of projects that come across my work bench. I would like to share these projects with members of the forum.

I ready to start a TT scale TOMA module. I have 6 track plans firmly decided upon for building. I'll present the first one now. The track plan came for the December 1963 Model Railroader called Western Logging Co. I've made some 3D drawing with major dimensions of the module.

I'm another TT modeler with a layout under construction. It's based on the Chuck Yungkurth's article in the April 1966 Model Railroader, The Gum Stump & Snowshoe. The theme will be a logging railroad here in the north east. This will be the first module. I have plans for a second module later. Here's a edited picture of what the real Gum Stump & Snowshoe looks like. I will follow up this post with the construction of the module.
