Turnouts

Hi!
I am a new modelrailroader, just startet in the n scale. I do have some problems with my turnouts. I use Kato tracks. When i have put the tracks together, the train runs a little and then stops. If i then turn one of the turnouts it runs again. Is it right that it should do that?
I may also say that i am running dcc.
Best regards

pictures
Hi again! Here are some fotos from my layout. All my turnouts have got feeders so everything is ok now. Now i just need some extra time so i can begin to make some scenery. As you can see, i have weathered the tracks, and it looked ok i thought, untill i tried to run trains on it. The train stopped the whole time, so i had to clean all the tracks and scrabe painting of. So it set me back fore a long time.
Thanks again for the great help about the turnouts

Weathering the tracks
After weathering the tracks which by the way you did good, you should clean the top portion of the tracks so that you have good contacts. Make sure that you do not have any of the feeders wires cross-connected. Another thing is make sure that the tracks are snap together properly.
