Well here goes for the second time, I hope the pictures work this time.
I have my current FreemoN layout depicting the SOO LINE from Cardigan Jct in Shoreview Mn, to New Brighton Jct In New Brighton Mn.
Which is here depicted in Bold.
Cardigan Jct-New Brighton Soo Line FreemoN,, continuation???
Howdy to all.
It has been awhile for any work on the layout,, I have been dabbling with ESU lok sound and my Proto Throttle,, which is too cool!! But I digress.
Wood+Foam= Fun,Fun,Fun!!
Well he are once again with some more ramblings and pictures.
First off let me say that I knew these sections would have to be transported here, there and everywhere. ( once I started doing shows). So I made sure that I used top quality materials.
3/4" Baltic Birch Plywood
1/2" Baltic Birch Plywood
1/4" Sanded Plywood
2" Owens Corning Pink Foamular 250
Assorted Glues, and Fasteners
Start of the construction process
You have seen the sections in their current state, and you have seen the track plan.
Now be prepared to be amazed, thrilled and just over all entertained.. just kidding. To some it might be like watching paint dry.
There are plenty of reasons that I decided to make a layout using Free-moN sections.
The sections as they are now.
Here are the sections in their present state:
Cardigan Jct Yard
Interstate I-694 overpass
Arden Hills Mn.
Soo Line in N scale, from Cardigan Junction to New Brighton Junction
Hello to all,
First off, friends call me wyatt,, handle I got from my working cowhand days.
About a year ago I decided to go in new direction from the stationary home layout to Free-moN sections. Not all sections are true Free-moN,, as they call it, it is a module,, numerous sections to depict a certain area. With the design help from others, this is the plan.
Thanks for looking, Wyatt
