Done....
I’m announcing that for various reasons I’m done on this site. For those of you who have followed this blog, and or follow my website, I appreciate it very much. Those who wish to follow the news and progress of my Hitop branch can find me on my website from here onwards...
Recently on the Hitop...
Two recent cars weathered, both Tangent cars. Both done with airbrush, acrylic paints, and powders.
More weathered cars
Here are more weathered cars and locos I have done for the Hitop, or have done for friends and/or have on EBay. You can see these on my website, or on my Facebook page where I offer to do custom weathering called "The Weathering Depot"
Weathered cars on the Hitop
After not posting in quite awhile, as I've been busy with family and recuperating from a work injury, here are some weathered cars I have done for use on the Hitop. Some of my work I have sold on EBay the past few months, and just sold the Chessie box shown below to a good friend in Ohio. The PRR car I just finished, after two weeks, and four types of weathering medium on the car. I recently started to weather cars on the side for either sale on EBay, or sale to friends. I eventually would like to do custom work for modelers to enjoy.
On the Hitop branch
Today I started the first of a series of articles describing and showing how the layout was built, here at: hitopbranchmodelrr.com
New rolling stock...
New rolling stock has arrived for the Hitop branch. Here are some examples of my favorites...
New to the layout...
Coming soon to the layout: Bowser PRR "yellowball" hoppers, a Peoria & Eastern 50ft boxcar, PC boom truck, and an Atlas Virginian Trainmaster when released. Just received: a three-pack of Accurail PRR 50ft boxcars
