The RGB and warm/white LED strips are dimmed to about 10%, the webcam has an auto brightness feature which gets confused then, there's no problem when the output gets above 30%, perhaps the influence of the controller pwm frequency ?

While laying the track trough the wall to the staging area I found my On30 K27 got stuck on the same spot.

Couldn't see what was going on until I made a short video with my EGO mini aka 'sports' cam mounted on a flat car:

As I'm installing a soft valance I moved the webcam from high up in a corner of the layout to the center of it.

Just high enough for me to walk under and low enough for it to see under the valance.
