To All: Thanks to Dennis Austin for the answer to the question as to the railroad that had the slogan, "The North West Route". I do not believe it was the C&NW, but Dennis' answer the Kansas City, Wyandotte & Northwestern RR.

To All: Does anyone out there know which railroad had the slogan, "The North West Route"? To All: Pictured in the center is Melzie Simmons, the grandfather of my wife, on her mother's side. I do not know when the photo was taken, but possibly in the 1940's.
