Very nice looking model Jared. Are those stabilizing legs on the side? could you add more light and maybe the image quality. I tried to zoom into the detail, but its very grainy.
Nice looking piece of equipment. Is it modeled from a specific steam era shovel? What materials did you build this with? Is it totally scratchbuilt? Apart from the grainy photo the weathering suggests it is no long in use or nearing the end of its cycle of use, hard to tell.it is a very interesting piece. Is it narrow or standard gage?
It's only about 25% an old ROUNDHOUSE kit bashing kit The rest I built using web photos of prototypes. It took a while but was a FUN project I'm trying to post more of the same creature and others PLEASE (I'M SLOW at this old Apple)

Try taking a photo outside in natural daylight, or maybe a sunrise/early morning?? Would really show it off!!
BTW, the teeth on the scoop (and gears) are wicked!
