Introduction
Thu, 2008-07-10 05:15 — Ozzietrain
Just a quick 'hello' to the magazine and the subscribers. I am an N Scale modeler and live in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. Currently I have a medium sized layout, representing a fictional part of the Santa Fe empire, with about one third of the scenery completed and almost all necessary trackwork installed. I can run/operate trains more or less as I planned. It is a DC layout but wired to allow a changeover to DCC at some time.
I enjoy most facets of the hobby (not keen on ballasting) and am not fussy about what scale someone models in. I find it all inspirational.
Looking forward to the magazine get up and going.
Roger,
Brisbane

I'm with you
I'm with you, Ozzietrain - I find what modelers are doing in any scale to be inspiring and often useful to my own modeling in HO. Some of the most inovative modeling is going on right now in N scale, and I'm thrilled that Marty McGuirk will be heading up our N scale column!
I thing some HO scalers will be amazed to find out what they've been missing ...
