Car float apron track details

I have built the Walthers Cornerstone car float kit 933-3152. The car float apron kit 933-3068 is unavailable. Can anyone provide track details from this apron such that I can build my own apron..?

New Turret Drive Design for Athearn Crane

The New York, Vermont & Northern Rwy. Co. maintenance department wasn't to happy with the first two turret drives of the 200 ton wreck cranes it had ordered. So the shop guys decided to call in the shop guys of the Kingstone Locomotive Works to see if they had a better idea. The NY,V,& N Rwy had a criteria that the drive fit inside the turret well and that the motor be the same as for the boom and hook. Here's what they came up with.

N Scale BQ23-7

I have always had a soft spot for SCL's BQ23-7's, since I have learnt how to draw to produce 3D printed objects this was one project that had been on the bucket list for a long time.

First task was to assemble everything I needed, an Atlas B23-7, a set of Blomberg truck frames from Atlas, decals and paint for CSX.

I dismantled the locomotive and measured up and drew up the cab in Sketchup.

How do you deal with this problem?

There is this constant problem I have that I'm guessing most of you fellow modelers don't have. If you do, please share how you deal with it. Here goes.

Do we have a challenge this year?

Was it last year we had the "challenge"  to see what we all could get accomplished on our layouts between Memorial day and Labor day? Anyone interested in doing something like that this year? I've been working on my bridge project long before this weekend but I did get the basic plaster work  in place this weekend. I'm going to challenge myself to see how far I can get from  this point on to Labor day. Heres a link to my latest blog post with pictures in case anyone  wants to take a look. http://model-railroad-hobbyist.com/node/14052

Anyone have layout in a storage unit?

Has anyone built a layout in a mini-storage unit?  With a hopeless lack of space at home, I am considering this.
